• Prepare site setting out data, plan and map for Survey crew
• Volume Calculation if required
• Liaise with client and contractors on survey matters
• Co-Ordinate with Engineers, Site Supervisor, various sub-contractors for surveyor related works
• Record and data collection for the preparation for As- built drawings
• Supervise field crew performing various surveying functions

Requirements:-

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent or Trade Certificate in Engineering Surveying Course
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge in CAD drawings for extraction of coordinates for site markings, picking up of as built data, establishing reference points, control points, TBM

Responsibilities:

Post Contract Stage

• Understand and reasonably interpret contract document & drawing
• Understand contract provision thoroughly and advise the risk/areas of concern
• To perform measurement and cost breakdown
• To prepare payment certification to sub-contractor/ supplier
• To prepare payment claim to client
• To identify and evaluate variation work

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying
