1. Bachelor's in Engineering

2. Certificate in Pavement Construction and Maintenance (CPCM)

3. Certified Pavement Supervisor

4. Class 3 driving license

5. Minimum 6 years work experience

6. Experience in working PUB Sewer Project

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Costs Control

- Preparing forecast on the overall project costs

- Monitoring periodically on the increased or decreased in works scope

- To handle any Commercial Claims (i.e. Extension of Time, disputed claims, etc)

· Contracts Management

- To ensure that our works & costs are in-line with the contract

- Able to identify variance arises in the contract

- To manage any disputed items

· Quantity measurement of the following trades:

- Structural works

- Piping works

- Electrical and instrumentation works

- Mechanical and equipment works

- Painting works

· Reconcile MTO with the client

· Monitoring changes on-site with production teams. It could be identified in the followings:

- Design drawing changes

- Site instruction from Client

- Job Confirmation Sheet from client

- Identification of Changes (IOC) from Production Team

- Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (COVI) from Production Team

· Compiling change proposal register

· Preparation & submission of change proposal to Client for approval

· Reconcile with Client on the change proposals submitted

Requirements

1. Require relevant qualification i.e. Degree in Building / QS recognised by SISV

2. Require to multi-task

3. Experience in closing account and awarding subcontractors preferred.

4. Able to write and converse reasonably well in English and Mandarin（Some of the company's employee and project manager only speak Mandarin ）

5. At least 3 year working experience
