• Location: Genting Lane (Potong Pasir)
• Working Hour: 5 Days + Alt Saturday (9am-6pm; 9am-1pm)

Requirement:

• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Curtain Wall or Building work related)
• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Cost management of projects.
• Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims.
• Procurement of contractors and suppliers.
• Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors.
• Prepare, negotiate, and agree final accounts.
• Familiarize oneself with the use of internal reporting systems “OA” and “SAP”.
• Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities.
• Prepare Sub-Contract Documents.
• Prepare contractual correspondence involving time and cost implications.
• Assist the supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims etc.
• Attend meeting as and when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Currently they are looking for Senior Tender Quantity Surveyor to be based in HQ. This role is 5-day work/week and office location is at city fringe area.

• Understand tender requirements
• Exercise collaborative plan and define extend of works
• Timely management of tender activities
• Review quotations with the designated specification
• Review quantities and cross check for possible items that may have been overlooked
• Proof reading for tender responses to highlight areas for incorporation of quantity and ensure issuance to stakeholders to quote for works
• Review of cost impact (value engineering proposal/ variations)

skills & experience required

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in tendering for projects (building / rail / Infra)
• Able to commence immediate or within short notice period will be a plus
