Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in leasing or business development.
• Good understanding of the real estate industry with some contacts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify contract and business risks.
• Analytical, business-minded, and results-driven.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Registered as a Salesperson under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or hold equivalent qualifications (RES exam) will be an added advantage.
