Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy for the assigned property portfolio.
• Secure new tenancies, manage lease renewals, and liaise with property agents.
• Conduct market research on competitors and rental benchmarks.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospects.
• Complete contractual paperwork and oversee unit handovers to new tenants.
• Scout for new tenants/licensees to benefit the brand and leasing business.
• Negotiate rental terms to maximize yield and ensure budget alignment.
• Perform background checks on potential tenants to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth tenant relationships and tenancy processes.
• Support subsidiaries in securing short-term pop-up stores and event spaces.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in leasing or business development.
• Good understanding of the real estate industry with some contacts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify contract and business risks.
• Analytical, business-minded, and results-driven.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Registered as a Salesperson under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or hold equivalent qualifications (RES exam) will be an added advantage.
