Primary Objective

• Lead and provide guidane to junior QS with experiences, knowledge and technical slotiuons in claims, paperworks submission, documentation, process flow and liaise with clinets and proejct team.
• Support superior in handling complexity issues, VO, Final accounts, negotation with sub-con, dispute and contract legal matters.
• Manage the finanical aspects of construction projects, ensure completed within the allocated budget.
• Equipped with professionalism, to provide support to the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and ensure that the Company’s objectives are achieved. Liaise with customer representatives and other third parties on commercial issues including agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments.
• Initiative and good at people relationship. Strong problem sloving and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibilities :

• Guide and provide coaching to the Quantity Surveyors in their works

Your Role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to perform price analysis and forecasting of the material costs.

What Will You Do

• To track changes to the design or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• To perform price analysis and forecasting of the material costs required for the project.
• To perform procurement responsibilities, preparing tender documents or calling for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards.
• To evaluate progress work done, including contract administration for any variation or change for both subcontracts and main contracts.
• To prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner.
• To perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor.

What Do We Want
