The Role
As an R&D Engineer, you'll be an architect of the future. You'll play a pivotal role indesigning, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that will redefine how wework.

We're looking for a technical rockstar who:
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering, or a related fieldsuch as machine learning, deep learning, naturallanguage processing
- Core Competencies of Mastery of AI fundamentals: Thorough understanding of machine learningalgorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), andnaturallanguage processing techniques (NLP).
- Technical ExpertiseoHands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries: Proficiency inpopular AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, with the ability to leverage these tools to build production-gradesolutions.
- AI System Programming: Proficiency in C or C++ and Python, withexperience in programming AI systems
- Key SkillsBuilding GenAI ProductsMachine learning model development: Experience with building machinelearning models inPython using popular libraries such as NumPy and scikit-learn.
- Supervised learning: Skilled in building and training supervised machinelearning models for prediction and binary classification tasks, including linear regression and logistic regression.
- Neural network development: Ability to build and train neural networkswith TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other frameworks to perform multi-classclassification.oBest practices for machine learning development: Knowledge of bestpractices to ensure models generalize to real-world data and tasks.oDecision trees and ensemble methods: Experience with building and usingdecision trees and tree ensemble methods, including random forests andboosted trees.oUnsupervised learning: Familiarity with unsupervised learningtechniques,including clustering and anomaly detection.oRecommender systems: Ability to build recommender systems usingcollaborative filtering and content-based deep learning methods.oDeep reinforcement learning: Experience with building deep reinforcementlearning models.
