Responsibilities:

• You will manage and coordinate the evaluation of various development proposals submitted to the company for plan consent. You will work closely with building industry professionals such as architects, planners, engineers, surveyors and consultants as well as developers, Agencies and industrialists.
• You are expected to be familiar with the company’s estates you are assigned to, able to read technical drawings for building and infrastructure projects, be comfortable to deal with people, have eyes for details and have good time management to ensure that the plan consent cases are processed in a timely manner.
• You may be assigned to handle estate related works and other duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Background in planning, architecture, civil engineering or other relevant technical disciplines. Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Corenet & GIS will be an advantage.

Location: Jurong Summit
Working Hours: 8:30am – 6pm, Friday till 5:30pm

Job Description:

• You will be required to read technical drawings for building and infrastructure projects, create records and upload them to the system for easy retrieval.
• You will also need to sort physical files containing land related records, index and geo-tag them to map database and perform other relevant duties as and when assigned.

Working Arrangement:

Location: Jurong

Mon to Thurs : 8.30am to 6pm, Fri : 8.30am to 5.30pm (flexi hours available)

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Requirements:

• Background in Architecture, Engineering, real estate, land planning or other relevant technical disciplines, preferably with exposure to Autocad and GIS.
