Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed construction plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and time management.

• Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence, for accountability and transparency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and subcontractors, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Min 3 -5 years of experience as a Construction Engineer in a construction or healthcare projects
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and structural design software (ETABS, SAP2000).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to relocate to Hong Kong during project duration.

• Able to handle full range of quantity surveying work including measurement, estimating & tendering, procurement and contract/sub-contracts administration cost & budget control.

• Subcon payment, progress claim, cost control and etc.

• Performed quantity take-off, progress claims, variation orders and preparation of letter of award.

• Any other job related adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working Quantity Surveyor experience

• Ability to read and understand construction contracts

• Possess good negotiation and communication skills
