Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure timely submission of Progress Claim including variations claim, receive of Valuation Certificate and Finalization of main contract final account
• Monitor and ensure timely issuance of Sub-contract and Payment Response
• Monitor and report status of contracts and procurement
• Monitor and manage project cost budget, changes, variations, revenue and cash flows
• Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract supplies and contract claims with client / consultants and subcontractors
• Review Contract Document, Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance
• Communicate effectively with every member of the team
• Lead, check and review with quantity taking off, comparison prepared by the QS to ensure accuracy in quantity and specification and ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers
• Lead, check and review the Sub-contract and ensure issuance accurately and timely
• Support the formulation and negotiation of project contractual claims and counter claims
• Analyses all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract
• Trains, supervises and guiding the subordinates in contract and commercial negotiations and communicates contract implementation to subcontractors
• Establish and maintain the project variation control system and managing negotiations in line with contract requirements

• Willing to work under the sun and overtime, weekend or holiday, shift switching and able to work under pressure and condition such as not afraid of dirty, not afraid of tired.
• Willing to work as a Construction worker, can do the timber, rebar job, able to work at project site, structural work.
• Able to operate of machine, can use construction machine, knowledge of construction safety. Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers, drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout & etc...).
• At least 10 years of experience in construction industry. Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors，assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work. Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings & ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Responsible for all aspects of site safety, proven experience as construction worker, reduce material wasting and cost saving.
• Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods, be bilingual, fluent in English & Chinese / Bangladesh.

• Source for sub-contractor, vendors for quotation during tendering
• Carry out quantities taking off during tendering
• Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
• Prepare and finalization of subcontract document (incorporate all contract and technical requirements)
• Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedule
• Assist project manager with the negotiation and award of sub-contractors
• Ensure submission of bonds / warranties from sub-contractors
• Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for VO for valuation
• Prepare monthly report (Contractual Matter), including update and maintain records for Architect Instructions, Variations Orders, Sub-Contractor approval lists and monthly man-hour report
• Prepare report cost summary
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
