Responsibilities
STRATEGY
- Support the creation, conceptualization and operation of key sales and growth development strategies related to the B1G1 SME program.
- Support the ideation, development and execution of vibrant regional and global community engagement opportunities and events that inspire and transform the business community.
- Support the development of key projects in the B1G1 SME Program that help further enhance, grow and deliver on B1G1’s strategic goals.
OPERATIONS
- Build, develop and maintain meaningful and long-lasting relationships with SME members to continuously grow the B1G1 Movement through referrals, additional B1G1 programs and partnership opportunities.
- Support SME Members as required, throughout the member lifecycle, maintaining engagement and actively identifying opportunities for greater growth, engagement and impact.
- Provide timely regional insights, feedback and development opportunities to enable the global headquarters in Singapore to accelerate the growth of the giving movement.
- Track and report key account metrics and prepare reports as required.
- Clearly communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee timely and successful delivery of solutions according to member needs and objectives.
- Implementing effective management of leads, referrals, and partnerships using the company CRM and other systems as needed.
- Support and ensure new sales strategies and programs are tested and implemented in a timely manner taking ownership of particular SME strategies or programs as required.
- Continuously seek to enhance the B1G1 SME program and engagement offerings, through regular feedback and suggestions through the Department Manager.
- Seek out and attend networking events and other opportunities to help grow the B1G1 brand awareness and Movement.
- Actively engage with and support development of the Partnerships Associate for the relevant region.
- Contribute to company initiatives, meetings and other requests outside of immediate role as needed.
- Ensure processes and procedures are kept up to date and contribute to updating this position description as needed.

Knowledge and Experience
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent and articulate English speaker
- Working Rights Check for relevant country of work
- Tertiary level qualifications (preferably related to Communications) or relevant extensive experience (more than 3 years) in Sales and Customer Service.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in B2B client/support engagement.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, and sales management tools.
- Experienced and proficient with Key note/PowerPoint, Word, & Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – a clear, effective, and articulate communicator (English).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with a varied audience around the world via phone, video, or face to face.
- Ability to swiftly learn new tools and systems – IT savvy.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate where required.

Role details
Starting Salary Range: $4000-$6500 depending on skills, experience and qualifications. Plus additional unique B1G1 benefits.
Location of Work: Beside One-North MRT Station
General Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) – flexible
