1. Ensure workers/sub-contractor comply with the company safety regulation

Organise and Proper Handover the Completion Project

1. Ensure proper handover of construction documents to the Clients

2. Ensure the Sub contractor submit the proper handover documents to the company

3. Ensure the project deliver by us and sub-contractor to client(s) on schedule with "0" defect

Manage a Team with Good Technical Knowledge

1. Build and train a competent site team

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage workers to complete steel structure tasks on construction sites.
- Supervise and ensure quality in welding and steel structure works.
- Oversee daily operations and manage work schedules effectively.

Requirements:
- Related experience required.
- Proficient in welding and structural steelwork.
