Key Responsibilities:

As a draftsperson, you will leverage your expertise in CAD, Civil 3D, and REVIT software to perform a range of essential duties, including but not limited to:

Converting drawings from various formats to DWG and IFC formats.

Executing both manual 2D and 3D drafting.

Amending and updating CAD, Civil 3D, and Revit drawings, as well as BIM Models for architectural, mechanical, and electrical components, based on client specifications.

Skillfully handling underground services plans conversion from CAD/PDF to Civil 3D models.

Updating Mechanical & Electrical drawings while integrating them into existing architectural plans.

Incorporating new infrastructure developments into our Master Terminal Plan.

Collaborating with stakeholders and system owners to ensure accurate services information.

Drawing/model accuracy reference using survey point cloud data.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in CAD, Civil 3D, and REVIT software applications, along with a strong grasp of drafting principles, practices, methods, and techniques.

Familiarity with basic cartography and general architectural, civil/mechanical, and electrical engineering principles.

Competence in handling X-ref attachments.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in conveying complex concepts effectively.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and maps.

Ability to prepare meticulously detailed drawings derived from field survey data.

Capability to develop CAD, Civil 3D, and REVIT for diverse engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors./Review and negotiate contract clauses to ensure favorable project outcomes.
• Quantity Measurement and Costing: Conduct quantity measurement, costing, and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract phases./Price or forecast the cost of materials required for the project.
• Budget Management: Track changes to design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly./Perform cost-benefit analysis and evaluate progress payments and Variation Orders (VOs).
• Progress Claims and Account Finalization: Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims in a timely manner./Resolve disputes with stakeholders and facilitate the finalization of project accounts.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors to support project needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• Experience in leading tender teams.
• Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS)
• Proficient in Cubicost.
• Knowledge of contract law and SOP Act.
• Experience with projects worth from $70 million & above

Opening in 2023, Artyzen Singapore will be the first new hotel added to Singapore’s Orchard Road district in over a decade. What was once the sprawling home of the late Tan Hoon Siang (grandson of Singapore philanthropist Tan Tock Seng) is being transformed into a 20-story luxury property. The 142 rooms will sport a distinctive aesthetic, fusing reinterpreted facets of Peranakan art and style with contemporary design.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas to the hotel’s high standards, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and changing linens.
• Ensure that guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies, such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services, such as extra towels, pillows, or blankets.
• Complete daily room assignments and assist with special projects as needed.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to ensure that guest needs are met.
• Follow all safety and security procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Attend all required training sessions and meetings.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure the seamless operation of the hotel.
