Job Description
โขParticipate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary
โข Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
โข Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
โข Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
โข Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored (MOS, ITP, RA, safe work procedures)
โข Assist manager preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
โข Communicate with contractors to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
โข Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
โข Able to coordinate site work within trade contractors
โข Able and assist to prepare SD (coordinated shop Drawing) of M&E trades
โข Able to produce 2 weeks Look Ahead program or schedule
โข Able to conduct or lead site walk and presentation
โข Able to identify deviation of work within M&E work scopes
โข Able to prepare, conduct inspection and track progress
โข Able to conduct morning Tool Box meeting
โข Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Job Requirement
ยท Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence
ยท Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently
ยท Diploma/Degree/Construction Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA , Possess quantity surveying skills is a plus
.Minimum 3 years of experience in construction field
ยท Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad
ยท Able to start work immediately or short notice
