KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Ø Lead and manage the planning, execution and completion of diaphragm wall construction projects.
Ø Oversee the design, development and approval of construction plans and technical specifications.
Ø Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Ø Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and legal regulations on-site.
Ø Monitor project progress, manage risks and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines.
Ø Manage project budget, including cost control, procurement and resource allocation.
Ø Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance and risk management.
Ø Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts and technical challenges.
Ø Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Ø Ensure the proper documentation and filing of all project-related activities and approvals.
Job Requirement :
Ø Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field ;
Ø At least 8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically diaphragm wall construction ;
Ø Proven track record managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects ;
Ø Familiarity with local building regulations, environmental and safety standards ;
Ø Strong Knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and equipment ;
Ø Proficient in project management software
Ø Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and financial management of projects ;
Ø Excellent leadership and team management skills ;
Ø Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities ;
Ø Effective communication and stakeholder management skills ;
Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ;
Ø Experience working with government agencies or large infrastructure clients;
Ø Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ø Required to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments.
