• Monitor project delivery to ensure materials are in accordance to contractual terms and conditions
• Liaise with customers and subcontractors on all costing matters
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Min. 3 year of experiences in Aluminium / Construction / Architectural or relevant industry
• Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Architectural / Building & Construction / any other relevance qualification
• Able to interpret drawing is an added advantage
• Strong sense of accountability and ability to quickly prioritize tasks based on urgency in a fast paced environment
• An eye for detail and cost conscious
• Excellence analytical, communication, organizing and interpersonal skills
• Independent but also a team player

• To handle for site transportation disposal for earth,hardcore delivery order claim
• Sourced quotation from various supplier and sub contractor
• Coordinated with the site manager and project team to manage material procecurement
• Responible for monthly progress payment claims, variation order and finalized account.
• Assist for admin task as asigned by office
