Job Description: People Experience Partner
Job Summary
Our People Experience Partner (PXP) teams will strengthen employee purpose, ignite energy and elevate organization-wide performance by activating, facilitating and enhancing moments that matter. PXP teams will activate HR products and services that enrich the lives of JLL employees whilst working with Business and HR leaders to facilitate the employee experience by coaching managers on the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle.
Within the portfolio that you are accountable for, you will act as an advocate of the wider HR function and leverage our Centres of Excellence and Business Services teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business, including but not limited to, Transformation, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Employee Value Proposition, Reward, Performance Management and Employee Relations.
You need to use your business acumen, HR expertise and local knowledge to enable Business and HR priorities. You will deep dive, surface insights, and influence HR Service and HR/Talent COEs to improve and when required rebuild policies, processes, and tools that will enhance moments that matter unleashing our talents to do their best work.
Key Accountabilities
Primary: Work Dynamics Singapore
- Influence policy / process changes in Singapore collaboration with other Business Line HR in Singapore and Country HR leads in SEA countries.
- Collaborate with other business line HR teams to deliver a consistent and positive One JLL experience.
- Connect, draft and drive talent strategy with the strategic priorities of the business, utilizing data analytics and insights to measure success.
- Support existing and new business transitions, expansion, and stabilization of new business in Singapore with particular focus on the employee experience.
- Activate and facilitate JLL's global and regional policies, processes, and tools that support moments that matter across a team member's experience including Hiring; Onboarding; Performance Review; Performance Management; Promotion; Etc. Partnered with HR Product colleagues to create and deliver best-in-class HR resources, processes, and overall experiences.
- Support enterprise-wide incentive initiatives and implemented change management plans tailored to the specific needs of Singapore.
- Lead the talent lifecycle by implementing and overseeing center-led programs, ensuring successful implementation in different geographies and talent segments.
- Lead and coordinate the talent Management cyclical activities including Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End & Compensation Planning
- Identify and recommend efficiencies in the employee life cycle – using touchpoints and handoffs to other HR stakeholders.
- Lead the annual compensation process, driving continuous improvements and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Drive a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes a sense of belonging and value where every voice is heard. Championed JLL values, culture, and leadership behaviors, embedding them in our people practices.
- Key member of the business lines' leadership teams providing HR expertise.
- Consult, advise and coach business stakeholders.
- Forge relationships with senior leaders and top talent, supporting ongoing talent conversations with leadership about capabilities, aspirations, and development opportunities.
- Develop and nurture the leadership pipeline, including identifying and grooming successors for leadership talent and future pipelines.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver top-quality recruitment services to our leaders and clients.
- Lead ad hoc projects impacting business results and experience moments.
- Lead complex employee relations situations across APAC countries.
- Primary HR reviewer and governance for disciplinary outcomes across Singapore for Work Dynamics Business line, in consult with Head of People Experience, SEA.
Secondary: Work Dynamics Regional Accounts
- Strategic business partner and trusted advisor to JLL team seconded to assigned regional accounts and provide HR expertise and leadership, in areas listed below (but not limited to) -People Plan – creation and delivery.
YOY improvement to Employee Engagement & Culture.
Guide and support through continuous change management and provide creative/innovation solutions to support account across APAC.
- Lead and support annual rhythmic employee life-cycle processes in close collaboration with wider JLL teams.
- Support clear, consistent people dashboard reporting and present at client QBRs and any other internal JLL forums.

- Great communication to drive an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.
- Demonstrated experience towards ability to drive a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging.
- Participated in just-in-time projects impacting business results.
- Managed various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management.
- Provided consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training and advisory support.
- Supported assigned employee group in transition, expansion and stabilisation of new business with great consideration given to employee experience.
- Cultivated strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint “on the ground”.
- Executed on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle – using touchpoints and hand offs to other HR stakeholders.
- Supported the growth strategy, including M&A, of the business by providing tactical HR support during bid, acquisition, and restructuring including re-deployment and RIF paperwork.
- Worked with HR Service Delivery as needed to identify and resolve employee data issues. Actively leverage the HR technology in order to drive value and result.
Business Expertise:
- Experience of delivering HR and Operational activity within a complex organization with the ability to balance JLL and client needs.
- Highly skilled in utilising data and technology to drive business performance and organisation efficiency.
Skills & Competencies
Leadership:
- Drive the growth of the workforce on the ground, serving as a local HR professional
- Skilled facilitator, who can lead local and regional employee events, programs, etc.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively manage priorities.
Problem Solving:
- Ability to adjust styles of communicating to varying situations to ensure an inclusive environment.
- A passion to work with people across a variety of backgrounds teaching and learning from people across the organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills with a starter finisher mentality with acute attention to detail

- Ability to adjust styles of communication to varying situations to effectively communicate with a diverse array of stakeholders.
- Ability to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships to serve as a trusted HR expert to employees and managers.
Qualifications / Education:
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines.
- At least 10 years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience in working in a matrix organisation.
