• Identify recruitment needs, manpower allocation, training & development management
• Oversees office assets management
• Conduct internal audits

Job requirements:

• Degree in B.S. Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience for A1 MNC Construction firm, inclusive of 10 years’ experience at similar level is mandatory for this position
• Candidates with experience in Joint venture projects and/or Reclamation projects will be preferred
• Experienced in construction project Administration management, financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, HR procedures etc
• A proven leader who has abilities to manage multiple construction projects
• Excellent time, task, and resource management skills.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP
• Ability to plan ahead for and keep track of deadlines
• Location: Tuas South Boulevard (Finger 3 site office)

Location: Central (Transportation pick up at Tanah Merah, Pasir Ris, Jurong West, Yishun)

Salary: $4K - $5.5K Negotiable, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

*Remuneration: 17 days annual leave with Year End bonus + VB based on performance.

Requirement

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M & E, QS tendering department
• Experienced in handling large scale building projects

Responsibilities

• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
• Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
• Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control
• Monitor all financial aspects of the project to ensure the project is within the budget.
• Liaise, coordinate and have good rapport with the team members, consultants, client, contractors, suppliers and architects
• Prepare and analyze cost comparison
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payment
• Familiar with various stages of projects to source for the most viable yet reasonable priced materials
