What We're Looking For:

• Educational Qualifications: At least GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
• Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a frontline role where you’ve honed your communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus Points for Microsoft NAV Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft NAV (Navision) software is an advantage, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
• Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a 5-day work week, including weekends (with your choice of off days on Mondays/Tuesdays or Thursdays/Fridays).

Job Description

1. Assist in front counter walk in enquires & registration.

2. Assist in online and phone in registrations.

3. Any other administrative duties within the customer service department.

Job Requirements

1. At least GCE 'N' & above

2. At least 1 year of customer service or front line service work experience.

3. Microsoft NAV Navision work experience is an added advantage.

4. 5 days work week including weekends (Off Mondays / Tuesdays or Thurs / Fridays).

Job Description

- Assist in daily IT activities.

- Management of online classes such as Zoom.

- Knowledge of active directory / domain controller.

- Microsoft exchange.

- Management of virtual servers (Hyper-V / Citrix).

- Simple networking troubleshoot (Firewall, switches).

- Software/Hardware troubleshoot (MS office, Printers, WiFi).

Job Requirements

- Nitec and above in IT related.

- No experience required, training is provided.

- Able to communicate in Chinese to Chinese Speaking Clients.

- Willing to learn.

- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
