The Talent

• Min Diploma preferably in Supply chain management
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience – Inventory Management
• Proficient in Excel and strong Analytical Skills
• Knowledge in SAP or ERP or Oracle software

The Job

The Service Parts Planner is responsible for monitoring parts activity and maintaining the appropriate inventory levels to achieve a high level of order fulfillment without creating unnecessary surplus

• Exhibit discretion and judgement when maintaining inventory levels for Service parts
• Perform Analysis on Parts Back Order analysis and be resourceful to search for alternate sources for parts if required
• Provide support and liaise with service partner to ensure Service Partners are able to procure parts for repair
• Manage RMA returns for defective parts.
• Adjust and maintain Sold-to Pricing of Parts in system according to internal cost fluctuation.
• Handles return from Service Partners for Non-Moving Parts as per guidelines
• Any other ad hoc duties required by the manager

• Min. Education.: Accounting and Finance qualifications or equivalent regulatory reporting experience
• Graduates with degree in Accounting/ Finance without prior experience will be considered
• Accounting knowledge
• MS Excel (basic functions like Sumif, Pivots and vlookup)
• MS Access (Running of databases)
• Should have basic understanding of Accounting & finance.

The Job

• MAS610 Monthly, Quarterly & Annual returns, including passing of appropriate adjustments and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period, and perform analysis of financial results and conclude cause of variances such as accounting issues and economic events.
• Daily Monitoring capital adequacy ratios, qualifying liabilities, asset maintenance ratios & intragroup and intercompany ratios and fortnightly submissions where applicable.
• Assist in Annual Investment Abroad Survey submission.
