Primary Care Engagement (PCE) Team, Primary Care & Community Care Development Division (PCDD) supports MOH and primary care providers, essentially private GP and dental clinics in the operationalisation and administration of national schemes such as Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), Screen for Life and Public Health Preparedness Clinics (PHPCs). This is to enable our primary care providers to provide affordable and quality care for patients in our community.
As a member of this team, your key roles will include the following:
Schemes Administration
- Encourage and recruit private GP and Dental to sign up for national schemes and programmes
- Conduct training and on-boarding of clinic onto the scheme and programme
- Lead in the management of specific national schemes, which includes liaising with MOH and relevant entities on the development, monitoring, reporting and administration of the schemes.
- Assist in the development of collaterals for marketing and administration of schemes and programmes
- Proactively review, identify gaps and propose solutions to ensure smooth operations of schemes
- Work with various agencies (MOH, NCS, HPB, IHiS) to continuously improve workflow to ease administrative or IT workload for the clinics
- Driver for publicity platforms such as content management on various platforms, both online and offline
Account Management
- Engage and provide dedicated support to assigned private General Practitioner (GP) and Dental Clinics as their account manager
- Manage and foster strong relationships with the doctors, dentists and their staff
- Support and assist the assigned clinics to administer national schemes, such as CHAS, Screen for Life, PHPC, National Vaccinations for Adult & Childhood and Child Development Screening.
Cross Team Workgroup
- Be involved in initiatives to further enrich the engagement and development of the Primary Care sector
- Support IT initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders for driving primary care digitalisation.
- Co-create models of care to support the PCDD long term initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Experience in developing networks and partnerships with stakeholders
- Able to multi-task and possess strong project management skills
- Adaptable, resilient and able to work well in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- A self-starter, with strong analytical and communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Prior experience in healthcare (GP engagement/operations) is an added advantage
- Able to work after office hours when required
