Provide positive Events & Marketing Sales support in Tower office and to liaise with various internal and external parties on behalf of S&M Broking/ Direct & LIG team

As a part of the AIA Corporate Solutions Division, the LIG Campaign Manager will be involved in the creation of worksite/virtual customer events/digital marketing campaigns for AIA Broking/Direct/IFA channel to cross-sell Life Insurance to existing insured members of corporate insurance base. This role will also handle an independent group of health and wellness vendors under AIA Flagship employee engagement program “AIA Workwell” to ensure its viability and relevance to the Employee Benefits market. In summary, the candidate will be responsible to develop, monitor and implement growth strategies for Life in Group business to achieve exponential growth.

Events Management

• Plan, co-ordinate and implement Broking/Direct & LIG events from venue sourcing and related logistics planning.
• Development of proposals and detailed plans to support the technical aspect for the events.
• Planning and implementing with the events to increase positive rapports with Business Partners.
• Leads formal pre-event and post-event meetings for average to large-sized assigned groups.
• Proposed recommended automation solutions i.e.: Automation in LIG Wellness programs bookings
• Vendor Management (LIG Activities)
• Conceptualize and prepare event proposals customized to individual event and to ensure that its within budget & cost.
• Ensure that all vendors quotations and event proposals are presented accurately & effectively within company’s compliance policy.

Supporting and Coordinating with the Sales & Marketing Function

• Handle LIG activities such as responding to Broking/Direct & LIG business partners’ enquiries and to analyse and/or convert into data and monthly sales analytics.
• To co-ordinate, implement & attend sales & operations training service where required
• Handle data and system entry for quotations
• Manage sales quotation activities log, sales reporting & summary
• Review communication materials, deck, implementation timeline etc.
• Co-ordination of weekly billing, renewal growth and BD sales summary
• Assist BDMs on quotation and placement of New Business
• Liaise with both internal & external parties to achieve positive results

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the premise booking system and work closely with financial consultants who has made an appointment, ensuring necessary supporting services are ready before client’s arrival.
• The WCM will be responsible in managing and updating the inventories used in the wealth centre as well as the budget for the Wealth Centre.
• Responsible in generating monthly reports to present stock take results, expense and feedback received from customers.
• Managing 3rd party vendors that will support in various day to day duties in the premise which includes housekeeping, catering and serving of welcome snack and drinks.

About the Role

About the Role

• Responsible in campaign management and ensuring timely end-to-end campaign execution. From conceptualization to cost analysis, working out operational process, technical enhancements and digital implementation as well as getting clearance for necessary approvals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative fields such as Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Operations Research.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analytics or data science, turning large datasets into actionable insights.
• Curious, highly motivated self-starter who is adept at problem solving and comfortable with learning new analytical skills.
• Strong SQL programming skill (mandatory).
• Experience using Tableau, Alteryx, and Python is preferred.
