Role:

• Operations Support Officer to work in the Nutrition Food Science Department and assist teachers in the ordering of goods, housekeeping and food preparation for lesson
• Officer to ensure the cleanliness of the workroom and that food are prepared in the safe manner.

• GCE N Level or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Warehouse activities
• Handle customers enquires across all touch points (email, hotline)
• Generate Pick list and Packing list from Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Perform customer system SAP for inbound and outbound activities
• Liaise with the internal operations team to meet customers’ requirements
• Inventory reconciliation between customer system and WMS
• Billing

Job Requirements:

• Provide technical consultation to customers
• To respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline

REQUIREMENTS

• ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Able to work independently and a team player

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in service / maintenance
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
