Responsibilities:

· Evaluate grant applications and ensure level of funding is kept within existing funding thresholds.

· Prepare contractual agreements (e.g. tenancy agreements) using existing templates.

· Correspond with pre-school operators to ensure timely submission of claims and project reports.

· Accurate and timely disbursements after verification of claims to supporting documents.

· Any ad hoc assignments or duties including but not limited to note taking for meetings

· Support transformation efforts such as digitalisation, business process reviews etc.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Social Sciences / Sociology / Early Childhood Education.

· Prior working experience in Tenancy Management, invoicing and payments.

· Meticulous and comfortable with handling numbers.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in onsite audits/investigation for Homes/Shelters;

· Complete the post audit checklist and prepare Onsite Assurance (OA) reports

· Assist in follow-up with Homes/Shelters on lapses and recommendations to rectify them.

· Track MP referrals/ feedback and complaints;

· Assist in assessment for Guest-of-Honour invitations; and

· Draft submission for incident reports.

· Help in collation/tracking of data needed for planning of the measures;

· Coordinate any distribution of ad-hoc donated items such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs); and

· Coordinate meetings.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Social Sciences / Sociology.

· Comfortable with performing on-site audits or investigations for homes and shelters.

· Immediate Starters (No notice period).
