Responsibility
Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, servers, CCTV and network infrastructure.
Oversee and troubleshoot WiFi connectivity and network issues.
Administer Active Directory (AD) and manage user access and security.
Provision new computers and set up hardware and software for employees.
Managing Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
Collaborate with corporate IT on inter-office projects, ensuring technology alignment and efficiency.
Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT systems and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, or Cisco certification.
Familiarity with Active Directory and access control management.
At least two years' experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational, and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and spoken command of English and
Mandarin-Chinese languages
at a business level.
