Job Summary –

• Have computer foundation, have a certain understanding of computer operating system, and commonly used software and hardware.
• College degree or above
• Knowledge in customer support

Years of experience needed – 0-2 years.

Technical Skills:

• Provide professional remote technical support services for client users
• Remotely guide users to deal with system and software problems, including system installation, debugging, use, and related software
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware failures, inquire about scheduled spare parts, and coordinate follow-up maintenance.
• Special cases are upgraded in time, and cooperate with other teams to solve user problems.
• Clearly and completely record case information in the system according to the process.
• Find out the user's usage needs, and recommend upgrading products and configurations to improve the user's experience.

• At least 5 years of consultancy experience with a minimum of one end-to-end project, preferably more.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, network protocols, and other front-end related technologies, with in-depth experience in at least one of the mainstream front-end frameworks (Angular or Mobile development for iOS and Android).
• Understanding and experience of MongoDB database, message systems, and cache systems.
• Proven experience in application management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, databases, and infrastructure.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of analyzing complex technical challenges and providing innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a history of delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Knowledge/Experience in Asset Disposal Processes
• At least 3 years’ experience on trading floor experience with Bloomberg, Reuters & trading platforms
• Knowledge of desktop operating system and infrastructure required to implement and support enterprise deployments
• Knowledge of Desktop Services security and access standards and practices
• Basic understating of networking and server technologies
• Proficient in supporting a Windows 10 desktop environment & Microsoft suit of applications
• Good communication skills and strong analytical skills
