About the role

Reporting to the BI Solutions Support Team Lead, this role will support internal stakeholders in Asia Pacific with all performance issues relating to back office BI applications, ensuring smooth operations while looking into potential process improvements.

What you will be doing

• Monitor and manage ticketing system effectively
• Perform analysis and troubleshooting of reported issues to identify root cause
• Collaborate and share knowledge with other team members to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare or update technical documents or user guides
• Participate in the enhancement and support of cyclical processes (e.g. annual budget, year opening processes)

The successful candidate

Essential

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related field
• At least 2 years' experience in application support or similar roles
• Strong working experience in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
• Working knowledge of MS SQL server and SQL scripting

Desirable

About the role

The incumbent will be leading a team and be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Lead the Customer service team for Sea freight
• Liaise with customers on the standard operating procedures
• To meet up with clients on projects / special matters
• Prepare customer key performance index reports
• Promptly handle customers / team escalations
• To implement corrective actions and preventive measures for immediate service recovery
• To co-ordinate with Ocean carriers for bookings / uplift upon escalation from team
• Attend to freight management and rates negotiation
• Provide quotes / rates to COD customer or overseas offices
• Liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements and rates
• Review the profit & loss of product desk
• Analyse job file purchasing and raise concern to Pricing team
• Review & approve changes of work processes before escalation to Head of Sea Freight
• Conduct recruitment exercise for officer / executive position when needed
• Provide related training concerning the BU to new staff assign to the team
• Joint sales visit to resolved operations issue when necessary

Team Management

• Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
• Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors
• Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
• Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
• Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
• Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team

The successful candidate

• Diploma / Degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in freight forwarding with sea freight experiences
• Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office & ability to work independently
• DGR trained will be an advantage

About the role

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused

solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Communicate with customer, warehouse and forwarder in day to day operations

• Validating shipping documents from vendors, ensuring document completeness and accuracy adhering to SOP

• Advise vendor the mode of transports based on guidelines.

• Liaising with vendors / forwarders on shipment arrangements

• Monitoring of shipment status and to address custom clearance issues promptly.

• Reporting tasks (Extracting of reports from portal)

• Other ad hoc - Further duties to be identified in due course.

The successful candidate

• Preferably Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply chain

• Candidate with minimum 2-3 years’ experience

• He/She must equip with effective communication and collaboration skills to work with vendor, supply chain

team, marketing team and freight forwarders.

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Account Manager, Asia Pacific, the Regional Key Account Support Intern will be part of the Luxury Fashion vertical and will be responsible for developing key materials to support vertical growth in Asia Pacific. This 6-months full-time internship will begin in January 2025.

What you will be doing

• Support the updating and maintenance of existing communication content (such as newsletters, workshops etc.)
• Support existing account through problem solving
• Help to develop Gantt chart for Project management follow-up
• Assist in Project management follow-up and milestones commitment
• Support countries during tender phase through vendor follow-up and DACs

Essential

• Undergraduate in Business / Sales / Supply Chain
• Analytical, with the ability to translate complex requirements and data into effective solutions

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Vertical - Beauty, the Regional Key Account Support Intern will be part of the Beauty vertical and will be responsible in providing support for various marketing, communication and projects in the region. This 6-months full-time internship commences Dec 2024/ Jan 2025.

What you will be doing

• Collating of monthly Beauty reports from all entities
• Support the maintenance of Beauty vertical's SharePoint and updating of Beauty's ASPAC deck
• Consolidate statistical elements from various operation sites and achieve a monthly regional reporting vision of our business
• Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
• Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role will provide advanced support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will act as a pivotal link between various departments, manage customer inquiries, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

What you will be doing

• Sales Support Coordination: Assist sales representatives in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations. Ensure all SOPs are updated and communicated to the relevant customers. Follow-up quotation requests from customers and track conversion success. Identify process improvement opportunities and work with Sales manager to implement them.
• Business Implementation: Participate in new or adjusted projects’ implementation, following-up with internal and external stakeholders on milestones and targets to achieve. Proactively share innovative ideas to improve current processes in place and mapping opportunities to achieve success.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Escalate topics to Sales Manager to remove blockers and update the customers accordingly.
• Order Processing: Oversee the order processing cycle from receipt of the order to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Work closely with Operations to understand bottlenecks and propose short and long-term fixes.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and analytics to track performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes. Understand the customers’ needs in terms of reporting and align with IT teams to tailor the solution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, finance, IT and logistics teams to ensure coordinated efforts in meeting customer needs and achieving sales objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in strategic planning. Share market updates and news with the relevant customers.
