Responsibilities
- Receiving and transferring calls, and answering customers' telephone inquiries.
- Attend to Email and Whatsapp enquiries
- Administrative reception at Service Counter.
- Receiving in-door customers inquiries and attend to customers at service Counter.
- In charge of indoor & outdoor service jobs allocation of jobs to technicians, fixing appointments for customers, ther printing of service orders
- Assist customers with inquiries at Display Showroom and Spare Parts purchase
- Assist to Supervisor in relating to Service System operation.
- Prepare monthly extended warranty scheme to mail to end customers
- Submit Extend warranty payment to finance
- Prepare monthly summary Extended warranty Data
- Issue reminder letters to customers to collect back repaired sets and un-claim sets
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 yeas related CS experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Uniform will be provided, as there is a need of uniform.
