Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the leadership, management and delivery of quality student care centre and that the daily operations, financial, human resource and management of the centre are carried out effectively.
• Work within the centre's policies, philosophy and procedures.
• Supervise and provide leadership.
• Provide care and supervise a class of primary school students in an after-school care setting
• Guide primary school students' (P1 - 6) in their schoolwork in at least two subjects (English/ Maths/ Science)
• Liaise with the school and parents regarding students’ progress and behaviour
• Plan and deliver activities for students' (e.g., art and craft, character building, holiday excursions)

Requirements/ qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Education or equivalent.
• Obtained WSQ Introductory Student Care Certificates (Requirement)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Ops Manager and cross-functional teams, coordinating and planning clinic activities, utilization of manpower and resources, to ensure cost efficiency, effective management, and smooth daily operations of the clinic.

• Support the implementation of new initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing and Age Well SG and support the drive to achieve service excellence and continuous improvement.
