Job Description:
- Manage and configure infrastructure systems and applications, including Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio systems, telephony, server storage, backups, and more, as well as network devices such as firewalls, routers, VPNs, internet proxies, and wireless systems, along with desktops, mobile devices, and remote devices.
- Ensure automatic system backups, successful execution of recovery and disaster recovery plans, proper patch management, and closely monitor system resource utilization.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and update technical documentation, including administration and user guides.
- Offer technical support to users across Local and Overseas branches via LAN and WAN while maintaining security standards.
- Identify and procure products, solutions, and vendors/suppliers for various projects.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and take on roles as a team lead or member in project initiatives.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or certification in CCNA.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Experienced in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization, with implementation and support expertise.
- Proficient in managing Microsoft Server 2012 and newer versions, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products and services.
- Knowledgeable in internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall.
- Familiarity with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate, Cisco, and Unifi Wireless AP Controllers.
- Strong understanding of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity, with a preference for knowledge of PDPA regulations.
- Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an advantage.
- Additional experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is a bonus.
