Location: Central Singapore (Near Raffles Place MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second level of IT support for end users
• Manage service request and incident management processes to meet with the IT service quality SLAs
• Ensure standard ITIL based service delivery processes are implemented for IT services to be fit for use and fit for business
• Identify cost optimisation with service improvement opportunities
• Support and manage end user devices such as desktops, laptops, smart phones and printers
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent field of studies
• Possess 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience
• Must be able to work well independently
• Good communication and written skills
• ITIL certification level 2 would be of an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Window 10/11 and office suite
• Exposure to online collaboration tools such as MS Team, Cisco Jabber, WebEx, Zoom, Skype, etc would be a plus factor

Location: Central Singapore

Job Description:

• Respond to customers’ enquiries and manage walk-in customer at reception
• Welcome visitors with a warm and positive experience
• Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor during all customers' interactions
• A variety of administration tasks including assisting other departments on ad-hoc projects
• Assist in processing documents with different requirements
• Other customer-service related tasks related to documents
• Data entry and administrative duties assigned

Requirements:

• 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred but not a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Ms Word)
• Customer oriented and good organizing skills
• Responsible and able to work independently as well as a team player
• Positive working attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
