• Build & maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients and provide quality after-sales service.
• Provides administrative support to sales department
• To follow up on all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary
• Manage the CEO’s calendar
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Any other ad-hoc duties as may assigned

Requirements:

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• ITE or Diploma in business studies, administration, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Singaporean Only

1) Attend to incoming calls, whatsapp messages, emails and other forms of communication methods

2) Take orders from customers and sales team and input into the system

3) Liaise with Operations Planning Team to ensure jobs are assigned out and provide updates to customers/sales team (if necessary)

4) Resolve customer issues and complaints

5) Submit weekly/monthly reports

Requirements:

1) Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service, operations or logistics roles

2) Good written and oral communication skills

3) Able to multi task, handle stress and highly motivated

4) Able to work independently and as a team player

5) Must be able to commit to 5.5 days work week
