Job description
Our client is a prominent legal firm with global presence, and one of the leading players in the industry. The Singapore office was established in 2015, and they are known for delivering high-quality legal advice and solutions to a diverse clientele.
They are actively seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join their organization. In this role, your responsibilities will encompass performing Level 1 and 2 technical support via phones, remote connection, and on-site. You will also be responsible for user administration for all joiners and leavers, as well as support IT equipment such as laptops and desktops. This role directly reports to the Regional IT Service Desk Manager, ensuring effective communication and support within the team.

To qualify, you must have the following:
· At least 3 – 5 years of technical support experience in a legal firm or similar
· Hands-on experience and technical knowledge of Windows 10 Professional, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM
· Technical expertise of remote technologies such as Citrix, VPN, and DUO Administration
· Technical knowledge of document management system and professional services applications
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and management in the region
