Job scope:
- Handle inquiries through various channels, addressing customer needs promptly.
- Maintain good relationships with the customers
- Entering customers’ profile into the computer
- Work closely with operations team and handling documentation
- Provide excellent customer service, address issues promptly, and assist in process improvement tasks.
- Any other duties assigned by Membership Manager
Requirement :
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
