• Ensure the cleanliness of the Centre is well maintained and meets the safe management requirements for Covid-19
• Ensure that student resources, stationery and merchandise are well stocked in the Centre
• Monitor and escalate any urgent/complex issues to management
• Any other ad hoc duties

Experience and qualifications:

• Diploma level and above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferably from Education, Retail, Airlines or any other customer centric industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP software

• Proactive with good organisational skills and time management
• Kind and nurturing approach when interacting with children
• Demonstrates conflict resolution skills to resolve challenging customer issues and feedbacks

Working hours are flexible , from Monday to Friday, 1.30 to 6pm.

• Handle calls both outbound and inbound
• Troubleshoot issues and address customers' concerns promptly
• Provide product / service information when necessary
• Other ad hoc dutuies assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Min A Level, Diploma
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player, have an eye for details and ability to multi-task
