Handle call queries and operational matters.
Monitor CCTVs in Command Centre and respond to all matters in accordance to procedures and timeline.
Work closely with Vendors, Clients and Manager related to any issues and incidents.
Accurately and ensure timely reporting to manager daily.
Submission of weekly reports and must be a team player.
Requirements
Proficient in Mirosoft Office.
Possess intiative and provide customer-oriented services
Able to work under pressure and independently
Able to commit 12 hours or shift work pattern
Able to follow company SOPs
