• Station and manning Help Estates;
• Assign workstation and issue out keys to the client's community based on the client's procedures;
• Assist in booking of facility and informing technical team of booking or event requirements;
• Prepare monthly report for Senior Facilities Manager for tracking Staff Suggestions, complaints, breakdown, etc received;
• Maintenance and upkeep of fault reports via computerised fault reporting module, phone calls, emails etc, checking of KPIs;
• Generate monthly reports and trends;
• Undertake any other related duties stipulated by the client;

Requirements:

• Diploma holder/ Higher Nitec/ Nitec or other relevant professional certifications or its equivalent with 3 years of relevant working experience

Fixed Asset

• Maintaining accurate records of all company-owned physical assets, including purchase price, date of acquisition, and depreciation details.
• Performing regular asset audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identifying any discrepancies or missing items.
• Coordinate with other departments such as finance to ensure compliance with relevant regulations regarding fixed assets.

Ad-hoc Duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
• Prepare WIP and provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimisation.
• Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
• Involve in the preparation of group budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for filing on time.
• Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned and this may include review of policies and procedure.
