This position is an IT Support Officer within the Navitas Global IT Team based at Curtin Singapore. This position will primarily be based at the specified home campus, but may be required to work at any Navitas facility and will involve some evening and weekend work and on-call support.

Key Accountabilities:

The IT Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Providing frontline support, training, and ongoing troubleshooting assistance to all staff for bespoke client and group wide ICT systems

- Ensuring an exemplary level of support is provided to key stakeholders through strong, proactive engagement and communication – keeping stakeholders always advised with developments in relation to queries and issues using verbal and written mediums.

- Configuring all end user devices in line with Navitas policy, and supporting machines within the client’s environment (including the wider university’s computer labs)

- Maintaining a regular, accessible presence on home campus to ensure stakeholders are well supported with hardware and student technology request needs

- Procuring necessary IT equipment for the home campus and ensuring the asset management system is kept current with incoming, outgoing, and reissued hardware and software within the client company to successfully align with asset lifecycle management goals.

- Identifying, demonstrating, and assessing new developments and technologies and their relevance and potential impact on the client company and the wider Navitas IT group.

- Taking ownership of and managing the triaging and resolution of tasks in relevance to the specific client in UPA IT, using Navitas IT Service Desk.

- Ensuring client IT knowledge base is up to date, relevant and structured via categorisation and scheduled revision of in-place processes

- Assisting with the implementation of new technologies and systems introduced to the client company and wider Navitas IT group.

- Sharing knowledge and proactively supporting other IT team members in the client company and the wider Navitas group via Teams and Jira

- Being the local subject matter expert on required systems.

- Assisting the Regional IT Manager as required.

Qualifications and Selection Criteria:

Essential

- Demonstrated excellent customer service and effective communication skills, including telephone, written and face to face interactions.

- 1+ years’ experience in a service desk or more complex IT environment with corporate 1st and 2nd technical support.

- 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and SharePoint.

- Proven technical knowledge of PC operating systems including Windows, Linux and Apple OS, and familiarity with commonly used application packages.

- The ability to work autonomously, and work effectively on their own as well as in a team environment.

- Attention to accuracy and detail with strong organisational and analytical skills.

- Confidence interacting with a large range of internal and external stakeholders, such as key executives and staff.

- Comprehensive knowledge across a broad range of IT hardware and applications.

Patient Service Associates (PSA) provide frontline counter services to patients. PSA is to assist patients by checking patient’s service/order requirement, managing patient queues, handle basic enquiries (e.g. appointment booking) and to provide administrative support to medical technologists and radiographers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reception of all appointment and walk-in patients at the Diagnostics counters
• Ensure 2 patients’ identifiers (NRIC & Name) are verified for all patients when handling patient registration electronically (i.e. EPIC, LIS, RIS, POS, BSS.) and verifying tests ordered by doctors.
• Accurate appointment scheduling / booking and registration for eligible mammogram patients via Breast Screen Singapore (BSS) portal
• Registration of mammogram patients are done accurately via BSS portal, including updating of patient particulars such as mailing address and contact number.
• Relevant instructions are communicated effectively to patients prior to their procedures/tests, chaperon patients to changing or counselling room where applicable.
• Handle enquiries and provide prompt and courteous service delivery to internal and external customers.
• Responsible for payment collection when assigned to cashier duties and ensure tally of end-of day sales with cash settlement and other transaction records.
• Ensure Medisave Authorization Forms (MAF) are filled in accurately with patients’ endorsement and approval, and all Medisave transactions are captured accurately in EASIPOS
• Accurate application of promotions and discount vouchers appropriately and to validate its utilization via EASIPOS
• Support administrative function to centre in-charge including but not limited to dispatching of lab and x-ray reports, proper record and documentation of courier services.
• Performing duties as assigned by reporting officer

• Follow up and support reporting officer in handling patient relation issues

You will work closely with stakeholders and the CareHub team including Call Centre Officers (CCOs) who are helming CareHub, to draft, develop and implement requirements (including IT systems) and collaborative workflows and SOPs to bring plans into reality dovetailed to implementation timeline, organisation’s strategies, priorities and national’s directives. You will ensure that CCOs are properly trained and supported by a relevant knowledge management system to support handling of enquiries in the most professional and timely manner.

This is an operational position within the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). The incumbent will be part of the team to support the core functions of the centre. Their duties would include administration, education and training, collaboration and partnership, and secretariat functions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Director and Head of Operations at the ACHS, the Assistant Manager will be part of the team to support the core duties of the centre:
a) Centre Administration
- Point of contact between researchers and various administration departments to support the management of research projects
- Support researchers to draft, review, negotiate and execute research agreements by working closely with researchers, collaborators and internal and external legal offices
- Liaise and support the centre's leads and research staff to meet the centre's objectives of the centre
- Support finance administration, payment and procurement and secretariat duties; tracking and reporting; and communications

b) Education and Training inclusive of the Tabletop Simulation Exercises for Health Security Preparedness and Response; and the convening of meetings and roundtables
- Support Centre Leads in organising training activties, including the tabletop simulation exercise and convening of meetings and roundtables. The responsibilities include event management, registration, on the ground support, liaising with international participants and logistics arrangements including organising venue, travel and room bookings
- Administrative support for the establishment of the ACHS fellowship program in health security
- On the ground support for public seminars, workshops, courses and training held in person and online

c) Collaboration & Partnership
- Liaise and work closely with local, regional and international partners and collaborators, this includes providing support for policy roundtables and panel discussions and the building a network of experienced experts in health security

d) Provide secretariat support for the centre (Faculty Meetings, International Advisory Panel), this includes arranging of meetings, preparation of slides, notes of meeting, communication and dissemination of information, and collation of reports

e) Work closely with other offices in the school, e.g. finance, HR, IT and GHO and university, e.g. OLA, ODPRT, CPO to take forward all administrative tasks, including discussion, collaboration and problem-solving on complem situations

f) Other duties assigned by the Director or Head, Operations

Qualifications

• Applicants are expected to have at least a Bachelor degree from a recognised institution with at least five years of experience in an administrative position within the academic, research or healthcare sector
• Strong administrative skills and experience in supporting projects such as convening meetings, organise training and workshops, service contracts, financial administration, or equivalent experience
• Experience organising events, in-person and online is a requirement
• Excellent written and oral communciation skills, with the ability to summarise content, prepare slides, reports and content
• A good team player who is self-motivated, well organised and with the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Effective at problem-solving, able to take initiative to learn on the job and manage various responsibilities.

Reporting to the Director, Centre for Functional Movement & Enabling Technologies, this role will be to provide research, technical and administrative support to the investigators.

• Conduct clinical trials, design experiments, collect and analyze data from projects / research studies
• Assist in 3D printing service to meet research and clinical needs, including working with clinicians and allied health professionals to innovate and provide clinical applications and solutions

• Source for, design, or modify mechanical parts for experiments
• Write and publish research papers in journals and conferences
