• Answering of phone calls, taking message and transferring calls
• Maintaining the reception area in a clean and tidy manner at all times
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and/or parcels
• General administrative duties

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the childcare centre according to the school's policies and quality standards.
• Manage the teaching staff to develop and deliver the Montessori curriculum.
• Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents.
• Able to do Centre sales and focus on Enrolment.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean / Permanent Residents
• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DPL & DPT).
• Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in preschool setting.
• Strong leadership, able to lead and manage a team positively.
• High sense of responsibility and positive work attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on weekends.
