Job Responsibilities:

• Committed to doing everything possible to prevent injuries and to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
• Responsible for Order Processing support (order processing, customer order verifications & follow up with customer orders)
• Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up with customers when there are incomplete information or documents
• Coordination with booking agents or ship operators for status of supply schedule / vessel loading
• Collaborate closely with the planner to ensure timely supply and coordination
• Tally overall order received at the end of day to ensure all order is not missed out
• Ensure all delivery orders are received (arrange dispatch) once job completed and forward to customers as proof of delivery
• Closing of job orders for billing once job is completed
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives
• Foster long-term, sustainable relationships with customers by maintaining open, transparent and interactive communication, thereby building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Capable to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Demonstrate a positive attitude; showing flexibility and commitment to being a supportive team player
• Able to analyze processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Capable of performing well under pressure during peak periods, & willingness to take on responsibility
• GCE N Level, GCE O Level or Professional Certificate
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in Logistic Operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Consistently uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure daily operational readiness for the Customer Service Counter, Telephone System, and Loyalty Management.
• Address customer queries and feedback (in-person, by phone, or in writing) promptly and professionally.
• Review, investigate, and follow up on all received complaints and cases.
• Act as part of the response team for [email protected].
• Provide customers with accurate, up-to-date information on TANGS policies, procedures, birthday treats, services, and promotions, including any necessary tracking and reporting.
• Issue TANGS eGiftCards for corporate redemptions and walk-in sales based on customer requirements.
• Support loyalty card member inquiries and assist with database management (including timely data entry and rebate adjustments).
• Handle GST refunds and provide cashiering support, especially during store events, peak periods, or as needed.
• Perform Operator duties according to the planned duty roster.
• Support Click & Collect services, including processing tangs.com orders, gift wrapping, and greeting card sales.
• Fulfill customer service responsibilities at both TANGS at Tang Plaza and TANGS VivoCity locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized Customer Service Counter and operator’s room.
• Any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor/manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Level
• Prior experience in Customer Service will be an advantage
• Cheerful personality and well-groomed
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Able to use computer systems effectively.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
