Job Description

• Assist Shop Manager and Assistant Managers in managing the operations of the Shop ensuring daily smooth operations
• Ensure all service staff are communicated correctly and meeting all established standards of service consistently
• Responsible for offering a friendly and efficient services to all guests and attending to customers' needs, complaints and enquiries
• Process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly
• Supervise services and catered events, ensuring neatness and cleanliness of service ware
• Assists in setup and clear down of the front and back of shop operations

Job Requirements

• Experience in F&B / Retail operations are advantages, preferably in luxury goods industry
• Well-groomed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• This position is hands-on, customer focused and such as we require someone with drive, efficiency and assertivenes
• High initiative and positive attitude
• Must have strong interests in Japanese Sweets culture
• Have passion to expand Sweets industry in Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, sustain, and enhance equipment performance.
• Schedule and conduct maintenance on designated equipment sets.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to maximize equipment uptime.
• Develop hardware solutions to reduce equipment ownership costs.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using mechanical/electrical expertise and software tools.
• Develop and refine equipment maintenance procedures

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and supervise a team specialized in On Site Recovery (OSR) operations, with a focus on insitu machining and repair services in the maritime sector.

• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure safe and efficient execution of onsite machining projects.

Project Execution and Management:

• Plan, organize, and oversee onsite machining projects including crankpin machining, line-boring, and surface machining.

• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Tooling and Equipment Management:

• Manage a specialized inventory of tools and equipment required for insitu machining works.

• Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and readiness of tools to support onsite repair activities.

Technical Solutions Development:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their onsite repair needs and develop tailored technical solutions.

• Any adhoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Min. A-levels / Diploma Holder
• Prior experience in customer service (face-to-face)
• Able to commence immediately
• Full day standing is required due to nature of work (counter duties)
