Responsibilities:

• To troubleshoot and repair test and measurement instruments for both local and overseas customers and distributors in Singapore and South-Asia countries.
• To perform calibration services on test and measurement instruments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder, major in Telecommunications, or Electronics Engineering.
• Preferably with 2 years’ experience in Telecommunications / Electronics test and measurement or relevant field.
• Some relevant experience in using electronic test instruments in the Test and Measurement industry with knowledge in RF/Microwave Communications, Wireless Communications, Data / Optical Communications.
• A good team player with excellent communication skills, strong drives, high self-motivation, and is result-oriented.
• Candidates with no relevant work experience, with the right aptitude will be considered too.
• Some travelling is required.
• Possess a valid class 3 driving licence.
• Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and systems including computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.

· Perform on-site installation, continual improvement programmes, parts' overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repair works on equipment.

· Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.

· Coordinate logistics arrangements and with customer on equipment related matters.

· Responds to customers’ complaints, provides time to solutions to resolve customers’ issues.

· Monitors the performance of the product, provide regular update report and feedback on customer’s service requests.

· Reports common complaints of customers to management to address the situation for future reference.

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or its equivalent

· At least 2 years of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment knowledge

· Strong communication and good interpersonal skills

· A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player

· A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision

· Work in cleanroom environment

· Require to work or be on standby during after office hours/weekend/public holiday

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· In-house automation Assembly as per drawing

· Able to read drawings and schematic diagram

· Perform Assembly work on electrical & mechanical parts on machine

· Ensure safety and housekeeping standard are maintained

· Maintain production general spare parts inventory accuracy.

· Ensure all work done meets quality

· Provide constructive feedback to design team that are related to design error during assembly

· To go to customer site to conduct troubleshooting & resolution of machine problems

· Able to standby or work on weekends upon request by superior

· Flexible and nimble to shift and do multitasking

REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic /Electromechanical) or equivalent

· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position. Non experienced candidates whom are keen are welcome to apply as well.

· Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering - Mechanical / Automotive or equivalent

Requirements

• Must have Refrigeration knowledge or experience.
• Min 2 - 5 years working experience in the field of Industrial cooling, industrial refrigeration, electrical, mechanical as well as electronic skill.
• Candidate must possess at least a ITE Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic or other equivalent qualification.

Job Description

• Installation and commissioning, service and maintenance on site as well as in house chiller repair.
• Respond and attend calls from clients.
• Responsibility of all other service tasks as assign.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager / Supervisor.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to learn, training will be provided by way of training in our HQ Germany or Subsidiary Office in China or on-the-job training.
• Overseas travelling is required with travel allowance given.
