• Support the order management process to ensure the right orders are processed accurately and on time
• Support the Pivot financial flows by ensuring that automated flows are completed smoothly; in case of issues due to blocked flows, to intervene and escalate to the right stakeholders
• Effectively engage with internal/external customers, distribution centres, logistics partners, global supply chain product planners and product leaders to ensure delivery and revenue commitments are met
• Respond to customer queries and manage customer claims or returns to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution
• Ensure smooth monthly financial closing for physical and financial flows
• Analyze transportation options before proposing the cost effective solution to achieve KPIs linked to container/truck occupancy rates and overall transport costs
• Review processes and implement changes to establish effective and efficient workflows when necessary
• Adhoc participation in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for project-based SAP back-office tool test scenarios
• Comply and adhere to regulatory, customer service and compliance policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain
• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end Sales Order Management
• Relevant regional experience covering APAC countries
• Experience in handling Letters of Credit (LC) and Certificates of Origin (COO) and knowledge of import/export control
• Possesses good understanding of key business processes and supply chain management practices
• Adept working knowledge of SAP R/3 Sales and Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM) Modules
• Excellent Microsoft Office 360 skills

Job Description

-To assist logistics Manager with documentation and shipping arrangements.

- Handle LCL/FCL for import/export processing.

- Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are comply with import/ export rules and regulation.

- Manage daily operations and respond to customer inquiries and requests

- Process inquiries and send booking confirmations to customers

- Liaise and follow up with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, transporters and warehouses.

- Liaises with shipping company, customs official, Jurong Port authorities, PSA authorities, transport contractors, and customer to ensure on- time delivery

- Track shipment status to ensure on- time delivery

- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management

- Detail- oriented, positive attitude and willing to learn

- Able to work in 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday after probation)

- Prefer 1-2 years experience in Customer Service Officer (Logistics)
