What the role is

Job Description:

• Check with supplier/system for price, stock availability, etc.
• Work out quote and lead time to customer.
• Processing Customer's PO.
• Preparing Delivery to Customer.
• Issuing of Credit/Debit Note when required.
• Liaise with supplies (processing PO, receive or return items from suppliers).
• To send SOA to customer & follow up payment from customers.
• To process consignment stock replenishment request.
• General admin duties such as documents filing, update bank statement & suppliers bank details to Dropbox, responding to call and email.
• Any ad-hoc job assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have relevant working experience.
• Knowledge to use Autocount software.

• Take charge of overseeing the implementation of fresh digitalization endeavors like the eProcurement System, CCTV, and Access Control System.
• Oversee projects concerning the renovation and cyclical maintenance of Childcare and Student Care Centres, handling all aspects from initial planning to final execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in facility maintenance and renovation.
• Knowledge of Pre-school ECDA Guidelines.
