Job Scope

• Managing inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries for local and overseas customers
• Processing customer orders according to ISO standards, including entering orders into enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, picking, packing, and dispatching, while ensuring proper handling of products
• Maintaining the documentation for import and export activities, including airway bills, permits, licenses, etc. for customs clearance
• Ensuring all shipping documents, labels, and packaging are correct for dispatch
• Liaising with sales team, customers, logistics companies, delivery personnel and packaging suppliers
• Filing of shipping documents, invoices, and other documents
• Managing inventory and processing of stocking orders
• Conducting warehouse stock take
• Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops detailed objectives and work procedures for each project together with Head of Internal Audit.
• Carry out internal audit activities including Operational, Financials, Human Resources, Administration, Manufacturing and Information Technology etc.
• Identify weaknesses in control activities and make value-added recommendations for process improvement.
• Follow up and monitor implementation of internal audit recommendation.
• Prepare timely audit report to present the audit issues, risks and recommendations.
• Prepare appropriate and accurate work paper documentation in accordance with documentation standards maintained by Internal Audit Department.
• Support yearly J-SOX audit by external auditor.
• Undertake other types of advisory work such as internal control policy development, financial due diligence and investigations services.
• Conduct special audit as and when required by the Audit Committee or the Board of Directors.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects/ reviews as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting with 2 years in accounting and auditing field experience
• Experience working with overseas entities will be an added advantage
• Mandarin written and spoken ability to liase with Chinese speaking clients

Overview:

The Administration Officer is responsible to provide quality customer service to stakeholders, administration support to staff.

Job Duties:

• Dealing with enquiries from students and the general public via telephone, voicemail, fax, email and in person in a timely and professional manner
• Providing appropriate responses, services or referrals and reporting of enquiries to relevant staff where appropriate
• Provide accurate information and assistance to all stakeholders
• Assist with the processing of correspondence in a timely manner as required
• Contribute to the most effective and efficient management of resources by maintaining appropriate manual and computerised records and data bases i.e. electronic filing system
• Maintain stationery supplies and office inventory including ordering and reconciliation of accounts

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Department Head in preparing Audit Risk Assessment, Audit Plan and review Internal Policy yearly
• Prepare, review and revise Audit Programs prior to start of each audit fieldwork
• Prepare required internal audit work in accordance to audit procedures
• Execute audits across different business segments using risk-based approach and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of the bank’s internal control systems

Requirements:

• Recognized university degree in Accountancy or Banking & Finance
• Preferably 6-8 years’ internal auditing experience in a bank or external auditing experience in a bank with major public accounting firms
• Good working knowledge of relevant bank laws and MAS regulations especially AML
• Familiar with Corporate Finance
• Self-motivated person with a strong interest in audit
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance as well as in a team
• Have an eye for details
• Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably good working knowledge of Excel/Access
