Customer Service Executive | Ocean Freights | 5 Days | Marymount

• 5 days 8:45am - 6pm
• work on Saturday once in every 3 months (9:30am - 12pm)
• S$2,500 - 3,200 (Depends on Experiences)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sale department

• Co-ordinate between customers and transporters, warehouse etc

• Preparation of documents for Import / Export/ Transhipments / D/O release

• Verifying for all costs

• Attend to enquiry on rates, shipment tracking, etc

• Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description

• Greet and meet every customers in the most friendly manner
• Handle calls at all times and charge (wrap up code) accordingly if any
• Act as first point of telephone contact for customer support requests
• Obtain precise customer personal particulars, vehicle registration, car ownership (raise change management form for amendment / update)
• Check for support agreement / warranty validity per local guideline.
• Ensure all inbound/ outbound calls, including customer compliments and complaints logged in CRM system are defined
• Log complete and accurate data within the call logging tool (CRM) and booking appointment (date/time) for all 3 service centres & ensure mobility service are offered to customer at all time
• Assist in special product campaign or promotions
• Arrange for airport service, pickup and delivery for customers
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ Level
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service industry
• Overtime is expected during peak period
