What you will do:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in understanding and maintaing various Linux based systems and robots, performing maintenance checks, and providing top-notch customer support. You will be responsible for writing detailed documentation on troubleshooting and issue resolution, as well as refining maintenance workflows to improve service quality. Your commitment to upholding service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction will be key in this role.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Field Service Engineer position brings familiarity with Linux-based OS, an understanding of electrical and electronic systems, and knowledge of ISO standards. A basic understanding of networking concepts is also essential. Your ability to work independently on customer sites for maintenance checks and troubleshooting will be highly valued.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Linux based OS systems and robots, as well as the tools available to diagnose issues and configure the system
- Understanding of electrical and electronic systems as well as usage of common tools such as multimeter to diagnose and resolve faults or failures
- Familiarity with ISO standards for parts as well as the respective tools required
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, configuration as well as components
- Ability to work independently on customer sites for maintenance checks as well as troubleshooting
- Passion for quality of service rendered, collaboration, innovation
Good to have
- Prior experience performing on-site support and maintenance for software and hardware
- Experience in high-uptime systems as well as preventive maintenance of such systems
- Bash scripting knowledge
- Docker / Basic programming knowledge
- Driving license for use of company van to transport equipment
