The Senior Operations Support Executive (OSE)/Assistant Manager (AM) assists in nonclinical administration and support operations to manage the Care Home facilities and a team to run daily administrative, operational, logisitics, maintenance, safety and security activities required to deliver the required resident services to the healthcare team and residents of the Care Home. About the Role:

To maintain the service education system for trainers and distributors. • The Field Service Engineer provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning
• Provide general technical direction and assistance to the customer in the operation, maintenance, repair, logistic support, and installation of Veolia’s products
• Provide on-site interpretation of data and technical instruction
• Provide Project and Field Service management with complete and prompt information regarding status of programs, customer problems, failures and trends.
• Provide technical assistance through on-site guidance and training in proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned programs and ground support equipment, including the use and proper interpretation of data and technical instructions
• Provide communication to Product Support and Field Service regarding all program activities and problems through regular, timely reports
• Review reported malfunctions and identify / analyze any undesirable trends
• Make recommendations on findings
• Review effectiveness of maintenance actions in order to identify training needs
• Be one of the focal points for assigned account for all matters concerning Veolia products and services and total support, ensuring that both customer and Veolia objectives are met
• Developing and maintaining a customer preference relationship toward Veolia
• Execute value generating plans and coordinate both internally and externally with the customer
• Outlining, presenting and selling the value of Veolia products and services that can benefit customer needs
• Ensure that all the KPIs set by customer are met

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in chemical, environmental engineering. Chemistry or equivalent knowledge and experience are welcome.
• Those with experience in water treatment & field service in chemical industry, will be an added advantage.
• Able to work well and excel in a team. Demonstrates leadership qualities.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Possess valid class 3 driving license.
