Job Description

• Overseeing of the service of the Restaurant.

Performance of Duties

1.1 The Employee shall serve the Company as Customer Success Manager or such other role as the Company may require from time to time having regard to the needs of the business and the Employee’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

1.2 The Employee shall perform the following duties, including but not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Maintain overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship. Be responsible for product adoption, renewals, customer satisfaction, and references on those accounts.
• Develop success plans for customers that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations

• Maintain working knowledge of each of the PROS product and service offerings
• Manage the invoicing, accounts receivable, and other commercial aspects of the customer relationship

Roles & responsibilities

After Services Sales

• Provide technical support in details to customers.

HR Management

• Lead, evaluate and develop the Refrigeration System BU engineers, including direct instructions on service activities to team members;

New Business Development

• Promote after sales service business in Southeast Asia in cooperation with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems, Ltd. (MTH).
• Support an engineering matter for new sales to receive new refrigeration system orders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business
• Minimum 3 years experience as service engineer of chiller systems
• A wide range of knowledge on sales activities and engineering functions
• Multi-year experience on sales and/or commercial in large plants, such as refrigeration units and power generation plants
• Ability to coordinate between MTH Japan and MHI-AP
• Able to work under pressure
• Chiller operation, maintenance, and trouble shooting
• Broad and deep knowledge of chiller system products handled by MTH

As a senior customer success manager your role is to offer excellent partnership experience to Wise Platform enterprise level clients. You will be an operational owner of the portfolio of partners like Nubank, N26, Google Pay, etc. 

During your day-to-day you're expected to analyze the quality of partnerships from an operational standpoint, identify opportunities to automate and scale operational processes for our partners and for the internal teams who service our enterprise clients as well as deal with partner demands towards Wise operational processes.  

This is how you will maximize the value partners receive from using Wise solution by reducing operational friction and defect. 

You will be working closely with the Account Management team and Wise operational teams, which are global. You will also work with other functions, including product management, tech, legal, compliance, implementation and business development.
 

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. This means being partners’ point of operational contact (escalations, operational friction patterns), managing stakeholders and conducting business review meetings, providing solutions to partners looking to improve the operational state and supporting them through the execution. • Own operational success plans with partners to maximize the value partners get from Wise. • Analyze the quality of support we provide to our partners and their customers. This means understanding how well our responses solve the cases raised, what we can do to improve the resolution rate and reduce the amount of contacts by working with the internal teams for your partner and for the whole region in particular. What the role is
