RESPONSIBILITIES

The role requires the individual to oversee Customer Support Service (CSS) team to support 1-Net core business, operations and services with 24x7 service availability at multiple sites of Data Centre (DC), including management of DC network infrastructure, network operation/services and service delivery.

This role also requires the individual to be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures that interfaces with the sales process, various services provisioning and customer requirement support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team of network engineers for the operations and management of 1-Net DC Core Network infrastructure, including peering network, DC Hosting network, Cross Connect services, Data Center Corridor service and data center MMR management. Assign team resources to support daily network operations and ensuring fair distribution of assignment.
• Monitor and improve overall network performance, optimise network bandwidth utilisation and secure 1-Net Core network infrastructure from potential network security risks.

• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, technology providers, and competitor activities to inform strategies and provide valuable insights to clients and Sciente.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4-8 years of total relevant experience in IT services & solutions / talent management / tech recruitment / IT staff augmentation services within Singapore.
• Minimum 3-4 years of local work experience in client services/large client account management are very much required.
• A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any business/HR/engineering discipline is a prerequisite.
• Essential qualifications include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in engaging with client managers, adopting a consultative approach to understand their project requirements.

[What you will be working on]

Lead in developing initiatives, platforms and supporting structures for encouraging  user empowerment, innovation and collective impact

• Translate the underlying principles related to empowerment, driving innovation and collective impact into initiatives suitable and value-adding to the social service sector
• Shape and employ levers (e.g. funding) towards culture change
• Consider how enablers (e.g. digitalisation, technology, use of space) can be tapped on and designed to enhance client outcomes and impact
• Design and pilot initiatives to mobilise the People-Public-Private sector towards innovation, empowerment and collective impact
• Work with external partners (e.g. MOHT, NVPC) to bridge domains areas (e.g. health, community) for service delivery and solutioning in a holistic and integrated way
• Mobilise resources as necessary to build capacity and capability in the sector for sustained change and positive impact
• Work with partners to evaluate the effectiveness of the initiatives

Cultivate a data culture to promote evidence-informed solutions and strong governance 

• Developing/enhancing platforms (e.g. Programme Evaluation System, Grant Portal) to allow NCSS’ efficient collection of and SSAs’ access to data and info (for programme management and fund application purposes)
• Practising good data collection and management (i.e. timeliness, cleanliness, security, relevance) through systems (e.g. donor management system, grants portal) for accurate analyses and upholding of grant governance
• Syncing with other systems to minimise duplication and ensure holistic representation
• Building capability in data management, analysis and application internally and externally

Build sector capability regarding empowerment, innovation and collective impact

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders for strategic reviews, shaping of solutions and the pilot-implementation of it
• Collate, translate and curate good practices towards models of care
• Develop capability building materials (e.g. guides, toolkits, playbooks, case studies) and create learning platforms to propagate the materials
• Facilitate the development of communities of practice so that new ways of working and skill-sets can be propagated, retained, deepened and enhanced

Reporting to the Centre Director on administration matters This role is a dedicated internal and external client service position involving filling up, issuing and filing of paperwork related to centre, parental engagement, regular interactions with champs and working co-operatively with all team members.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the centre.
• Represent the Centre to build business relationships and create Business strategies to swiftly build up business volume.
• Plan and Lead the Marketing strategy and activities
• Management of new inquires and conducting centre tours
• Implement quality standard for all programmes in centre in accordance to HQ process.
• Prepare monthly forms such as teachers attendance form, champs attendance forms, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms etc
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre
• Ensure safety of children within the premises
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Centre Director

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Management with minimum of 2 years of working experience in a preschool environment.
• Excellent Experience managing education Marketing and sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Exhibit a positive attitude when faced with challenges and keep a problem-solving mentality at the ready.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a passion for working with children and facilitating
